I remember when I first booted up the WoWs alpha test, to be greeted at the login screen by dubstep. All the testers were like "whaaaaaat?"

I actually think the soundtrack in this game (or, at least, battle themes) is a turd, but each to his own. Much of the music skirts close to plagiarism in the way it appears to echo either The Hunt for Red October or Top Gun.

I tip my hat to WG's sound department for WoWS' ingame music, I actually want to keep my music settings on haha

 

WoT music is still boring, and dull and I do so much better without it.

God, please no.  Some of that new battle intro music is so bad it's absolutely vomit worthy!

Thats why i create my own music mods for WoT, and i have been doing it for a while. I put in the Halo soundtracks, battlefield 3 and 4 soundtracks, and classic rock songs and such. Blowing up tanks to the music of AC/DC just feels right.

 

I just wish i could do the same with Warships, but i cant work with BNK files.

BTW:  anyone else wish they'd have a jazz song or a big band music number in the track list? it would seem pretty fitting given the time period the game is presented in!

Decent tracks yes. With maybe a hint of star trek wrath of Kahn in there. On the same shelf as tracks from Anno 2070.
