It's the flag for solo warrior so pretty rare, except it's now a ranked prize so lots of people are suddenly going to find themselves short on XP.

it should give 300% of free xp not of all xp

 

also since it's given in the low ranked it's not uncommon at all

When I tested it I got a 1.3 multiplier to XP. You might be right in that it also gives +300 to free XP.

I'm pretty sure that it give 300% free xp.

 

Remember, 300% is 3x, not 30x or 300x.
