Screen Glitched

When i load in to a match after the countdown timer reaches 0 the game begains but the screen i see shows the loading screen or the menu screen everyonce in a while it will flash for a 10th of a second and i can see the game.

 I have seen this before.   I think you need to adjust your Pc's video card settings to let the game control it.  "Use application settings".

I sure someone  here has a better answer =)
