Enemy Carrier Spawned at our base on the Ocean Map

I was in my Kongo on the map Ocean, when one of the enemy carriers spawned at our base if you look at the time and map in the picture. Can anyone explain this?

Well my idea was for both teams to TK their CV, but I guess sending them out as a sacrifice to the other team works too...

Launch all his planes immediately so that the enemy team is spotted until they are all shot down
