i was trying to figure out what ships in what tier, but i dunno..

 

but the Grosse TB 1916 and the 1936A both had 5.9 guns...   those will be lovely!

LOLOL.. .i guess most if not all German ships will use the G7A T1, it was pretty standard on ships.

 

you could throw in some of the G7E series, but i think those were mainly uboat torps..

• Long range with good damage?
• Medium range with decent damage, and (generally) more of them?

Hmmm... that would be interesting but I'd personally love to see British destroyers before German destroyers. That entire line would be pretty interesting given the British Navy had to adapt to the U-boat threat in both world wars.

Considering how fragile the cruisers are I wonder if the DDs will be any better than a canoe.

If they use the GNAT torpedo, the tears from BBs would be like sweet nectar but GNAT's were a U-Boat weapon.

Most likely the 6 km ranged, 64 knot missiles you shot off from the cruisers.  German destroyers likely to get crazy arcs as well.

Considering how fragile the cruisers are I wonder if the DDs will be any better than a canoe.

I'd be surprised if they got crazy arc.

Mogador should be the one with crazy arcs, because it has sided tubes rather than centre line tubes.

the 12.7 cm on the Z46/47 only had a velocity of 830 mps . Which is only about 34 mps higher then the 5 inch / mk 38 

 

the 15 cm / 48 found on the Narvik class only has a shell velocity of 835 mps.  Which is very bad for such a high caliber gun. With a ROF of 7-8 rounds per minute, that is very unimpressive. 

 

It will be very interesting to see how they model german destroyers in this game.

if they gave the 150mm a CL like 13% fire chance with a higher base damage it could be workable even with a bad RoF. It all depends on torps and concealment and to a lesser extent speed before we find out if they a good ships(in game).
