Is there a reason for this? So far it's been a continuation of the previous ship's gun range. Then it decreases from T9 to T10? Logic, thoughts, ideas? Only reason I can think of.

Max gun range on the Wickes at tier 3 was 9.4 km. With the Clemson at tier 4, it decreases to 8.8 km.

Look at T5-7 USN The guns get better, way better compared to other lines The torps improve some before upgrades and the concealment skyrockets. The upgrade torps are even worse than the stockers because the speed drops so low everything can dodge them with ease. They could just as easily make a "create a boat" line where any feature you fancy the most takes away from something else.
