Graphics issue

Hello All

 

I've noticed since the recent patches release that I am having graphic issues. It seems to be when ever I move my mouse in game, it causes a graphic stutter and my cursor has a icon trail that never fades away. My original graphic settings were on Medium, I have changed it to Low, same issue. Changed back again to Medium, nothing. This is getting frustrating. Need help...HELP!! lol

never heard of trailer issue but some people had a weird offset with the curser
