How are the level chosen in a battle

how are the levels of the ship determined in the random battles is it by the ship and it rank or by the rank of the player 1 threw 11?

Basic rule of thumb your ship will see +2 or -2 Tiers, unless your in a Tier 1 (maybe 2 as well) then it will be +1 -1

so kinda what you are saying the game is really not going any farther then 13000 players because players like me se that equal is not in the game and I'm not a coiner lol so I will always be way behind and I am a cry baby and I need to win all the battles, so I just need to move on think I will thanks for the info. just getting my 2 cents in before the forum spammers do it to me,lol

no no no I just posted back to the game because it does not add up on the graph and also the graph is dataed to verson 0.5.0 not the one we are in now
