I have an old computer I want to make my exclusive WoWS system.  Is it big enough if I upgraded the video card?

simple answer, no.

more in depth, a P4 would severely bottleneck just about any graphics card you add. really slow 'entry level' GPUs which could barely play with a decent CPU would even be held back. the game would be a slide show at best and not at all playable.

NA server? Pentium 4?

This isn't Russia; or Ethopia?

I was thinking maybe more southern Mexico. Border areas has basically everything we have but the further south you go, the more rural it can get.

Maybe it's Canada? Seems like a Canada person. $5 say's he is Canadian, or rural mid-west or deep-south USA.

A Pentium 4. A Pentium 4?!

You mean those 10-15 year old single core processors? Just get rid of that computer. Unless you have games from 2005 that you still want to play on it, you shouldn't have that thing in your house.

Pent 4 is a good firewall but that's about it these days.

Because it's to slow for modern viruses to even run on.

eep?!?, That will not be able to run World of Warships, you do need a serious upgrade soon, and I would recommend asking people here for what to replace your current one with :3.

Now what would make you think it's Canada? Because he was polite or because he has a Pentium 4?

I'm in Canada and am not running an ancient beast of a machine, although, I might have a pentium 4 cpu and mobo kicking around in my computer graveyard of parts...

I think I had one in my old PC back from 2004-2006, I honestly wonder where it is now.

Now I'm imagining millions of hooked up Abacus's with the included people, furiously working to play World of Warships :P.

I'm playing with a pentium quad core 3.2.

8 gigs ddr3.

Nvidia 530gtz 2 gigs ddr5.

On high setting it's good.

OP is talking about a Pentium 4....DDR memory and all most likely. Not a new Core based Pentium.
