I changed the game model of the zuiho default planes to the A6M2 model to change just the look of it but a friend told me that he saw in the EU forum that if I was reported I could end being banned because of these changes and i'm here to ask if I could be banned because of it or if it's okay and the hosho mod from the pravda team does the same with the hosho upgraded fighters

Skin mods aren't illegal bro.

Model changes don't affect the performance of the ships/planes in-game, so I doubt you can be banned for that.

Only mods that make aiming easier aka alternate the game in a way which gives you an unfair advantage, are illegal.

Skins and counters are legal untill they decide to go against it.

It is perfectly ok to do this, I changed the gun turret models all the time because I'm bored.
