Just to be sure, we can use any ship thats at least tier 5 or higher to complete these missions right? Cause i just bought the Murmansk for the sole purpose of not having to grind for another 15000 xp on my myogi to be able to unlock the default kongo

Anything tier V and above for the Kongou class ships, anything tier VI and above for the Myoukou.

No.  The Kongo mission can be completed in a T5 (or better) boat, but the Myoko mission must be completed with a T6 or higher boat.

ok. Also, how do I check my progress forthese missions? someone on one of the in game chat channels said its in the same tab as where the daily missions are at but i cant find the blue steel missions anywhere.
