Players have noted that DDs make an extraordinary impact in Ranked in the absence of CVs. For that logic to carry over to Randoms is not a surprise.

CV does nothing to change RU DD play.  I'll just get my 5-10 plane kills.  RU DDs are just as stealth as a Zao only they cant invisifire.  More CVs wont change anything RU DD wise.

There's more to a ship than winrate. A ship can have a high winrate but be an absolute pain to play. A ship can have lower average damage per match but still be overpowered.

Map vision is important.  The Russian destroyers are very good at giving your team vision while denying it to the enemy, while also dealing a lot of damage.

They are still that strong.  I didn't change anything with my playstyle and still average over 60k damage a game in the kiev.  HP nerf is a joke because dodging is easy, AP was always better then HE even vs a BB.

It's still at number one at win rate at tier 7 using the 1 week data.  The Khab is at 59% with the next closest being the Midway at 54%.  The Udaloi is at number one at 58%, beating the number two spot by 3%.  Both of these are for one week data as well.

Anyway... I kill Khabs in every single X I have.  You can torp them in a shimmy ffs.  Only people with poor aim cant kill them.  They don't need a nerf if they give you trouble.  You just need to get better.

53% is not that strong? When the average is close to 48% I would say that is still very strong.

I think you need a nerf, one persons performance does not paint as good a picture as general server stats. (which even then dont paint the best picture...)

Seems very strong for its tier, comparing it to a tier 3 really is useless because low tier balance is not scrutinized nearly as much.

Hardly.   A few very good RU DD playes are dictating high tier matches.      Look at the number of battles total, not statistically accurate.

Russian DD's also have the smallest sample size. Highly skilled players have a larger influence on the outcome as opposed to the other datasets.
