result of 5.2 patch for tier 6-10 for NA server

I took a 1 week DMG avg result for NA server and compared it to overall average.  rounded to nearest thousands. In general,  all class  has seen about 5% drop in DMG average  with CV seeing higher 10% drop.     No real bump for  DD between 6-8 tier .   BB between 6-8 has seen the no drop while tier 9-10 BB has seen 10% drop, which seems counter intuitive  until you realize that CA population in tier 9-10 has been decimated and replaced with DD.     pretty early data, so may change down the road, but 5.2  really didn't do that much in terms   of improving CV play.    RU DD has been nerfed well though.
