Will you ever be satisfied? (Nerf everything!!)

lol..  so much complaining its hilarious. 

 

First it was CVs OP... NERF!!

 

Then it was BBs OP... NERF!!

 

Now, DDs OP... Nerf!!

 

The game will continue to go through periods of "Tweaks" to "Try" and balance the game... but sorry to burst your bubble, the game will never be completely balanced. 

 

Every single MMO created has the same system... they have one class that is OP, so everyone wants to play them (which means spending hours/money to grind)... then they change the OP class a few months later..  Why?? to keep people who want to have the most OP class grinding and spending money.

 

Classic game system to keep people playing.

 

Relax... next month Crusiers will be OP... so just be cool and get the head start. 

 

TLDR: Just amazes me how much people complain about a class being to OP!! NERF!!! happens in every game... nothing new.

WoT had an answer for the nerf beggers.  It was 8-bit Karl.  If everyone is forced into the exact same ship, there are no balance issues and nobody to blame for your failures but you.  Of course it would make for a boring game that nobody would play also.

Happens since Alpha, will continue to happen as long as the game is still online, even if they manage to somehow perfectly balance all the ships...

I'd be happy with a slight buff to my Montana's pen and armor, and for fire to be toned down a bit. Buff cruiser survivability to compensate for fire being toned down.

 

That, and undo the rudder shift nerf, but leave the torp buffs. It's getting on a lot of people's nerves, and making high tier games even less fun than they were.

 

And in before someone calls me a baBBy, since my requests are so unreasonable.

Even perfect balance wouldn't stop the whining.  Most of the whining isn't due to imbalance, but rather that so many people feel entitled to win easily without skill.  They use balance as an excuse.

I guess the real problem is ppl haven't played games like wow where you experience nerfing every other patch so it's only smart to have 1 of each class to work on during transition times. So the answer it just be prepared to play what OP then all is good lol

Eh, it's an online multiplayer game, it's always going to happen. The only other MMO I ever played was World of Warcraft and every time they nerfed or buffed or tweaked a class in anyway there will always be a group who screams bloody murder. 

 

Or they'll be screaming it anyway even if nothing was changed.

LOL, yeah right.  It takes skill to 1 shot a CA.  Plus, it's a CAs fault if he shows full broadside to a BB.

 

I can't wait until CVs get buffed, even after the "buffs" they just got, it's still nothing compared to what they were (which is still OP). I suggest we up the squadron count on nearly all CVs, and if we need to buff the DF on CAs, then so be it.
