Critical Error. Unable to connect to update service

I cannot launch the game. Launcher gets a critical error, and says it cannot connect to the update service. I just finished uninstalling and re-installing the app. Didn't help. I play often, just for some reason when I tried to launch this morning I got this. Please help.

Well join the club... Ever since 5.2 patch my WoW has been completely unstable... Before 5.2 I don't think I had 1 single issue with the game not running right. But since the 5-2 patch, nothing but problems. Started out with what I call the "Mutiny Bug"... it's where my view gets locked in placed and my ship sails off without me. All the controls still work, just view is locked in place.... At first, it happened 1-2 a night, but here in the last 4 days, it was happening about 1/3 of matches I tried to play.... I made a ticket on the problem  4-5 days ago still no answer...

 

Then about 3-4 days ago, while in game, computer would lock up completely. Would have to do a complete reboot. Sometimes it would work for a hour or 2 before happening again.. But was getting worst and worst over the last couple days... Causing all types of Window failures.... I tried to get on this morning, and it locks up every time as soon as a match starts...

 

I've completely uninstalled and downloaded and installing... But don't think its made a difference, seeing how I try playing the "lite" version off this new install, and you guess it, game locked compute up as some as match started...

 

Patch 5.2 has caused a "memory leak" that seems to be the root of these problems...

 

The worst thing about this, is I just bought Premium Time last night and can't even use it because, now I can't even play the game.......

mINE DOES THE SAME THING! i CAN play teir II fine but when I try a teir III the ship just sail off without me!
