Umm so... does anyone else have a blue Ranger?

Earlier today i was in a match... i was sunk.. was scrolling through my surviving teamamtes and stopped on a Ranger (cuz shes sexy), i noticed nothing odd.... just now.. like 5 minutes ago.. same situation, but now the Ranger is blue.. like how the American ships used to be... blue. Did i miss something, or is my computer/ game just being wonky. Here is the screenshot i took. (P.S. The only mod/ skin ive downloaded since the earlier game was a Yorck skin, i dont even own a Ranger... or any CVs for that matter...)

i didnt see it.. or download it. All the other American ships are still grey.

I have some older screenshots of the Wyoming from CBT with that skin....she looks so pretty.... ;u;

I can not remember who posted it but it was some one who has done other mods . I do not use any myself ,  just pretty much hopeless on comps. since the Commodore 64 went obsolete .

Right....and OP said he didn't have that mod....and you cannot see skin mods from other people, its all client side. So either A) WG is bringing back these skins (which would AMAZING PLEZ WG HERE US T^T )

 

Or B) OP actually does have this mod.....just forgot about it....

Well, one way to see is to go in and check the files themselves. Couldn't hurt at least, maybe the mod author left it in by mistake?

Utilizing my powers of Engrish translation he was probably talking about a skin mod from the animated series "rwby" produced by Roosterteeth & with the 1-2 videos I've seen there was a character named "ruby", that's about it though.

The hull is now blue on my Ranger been like this since the patch last week.  I have no skin mods installed.

crap, I want that blueish color of USN ships during cbt back too, I've been trying to get people to talk about it. Nobody seems to care. It'd be great , if they bring back that color. Their current color is so lame, please WG make it happen.

Just encountered a blue Ranger in PvE then looked at it in my port (note that I am using a mod that allows me to see full color for ships that I do not own). I closed the game and looked at the game files immediately afterwards to double check that I wasn't using a skin.

They really need to bring back this skin for all the USN ships (at least the ones that had it back in CBT) It is such a beautiful skin, FAR better than the ugly rust buckets we have now....not that it matters too much to me since I have Awol's and Misato's rust free skins.
