Land of Fire

Every time I get the Land of Fire map, my game shuts down and I cant get back in until my ship dies in battle.  I sent in a ticket 3 days ago, still no reply, how long does it take for them to get back to you?

Shouldn't take TO long, but won't be instantaneous. Hate that map. My potato can't handle it. Always run very slowly there, the Ice map, and one other who's name escapes me.

Support is still fully staffed though, so he shouldn't be getting responses too much later than normal.
