Mobile Payment option

I have tried multiple times to use the Mobile Payment system over the course of a few months and every time it says " we do not support your carrier but we are adding carriers all the time"

 

I have two cell phones one is with Verizon and the other is with AT&T it wont work for either. so can you please explain to me why this is even an option when it doesnt work for the two largest carriers in North America??? seriously.......

i can also say it doesn't work with verizon
