What upgrades should I get for my USN CV?

Hello all,

 

Started playing a few days ago and I'm at the Independence right now, but I can't decide whether to get the upgrade for -10% servicing time or +20% fighter survivability. Any advice?

2. I would go for fighter survivability, 3 seconds servicing doesn't do much in the long run....

errrr for tier 4-8 i reccomend maxing out plane upgrades but tier 9-10 you may want to consider going full aa specc since cv rushing is annoying and it helps you stay alive

CV Rushing is truly real and very common XD Hotspot with 2 cvs per team, only time i would consider cv rushing a viable non [edited]tactic....
