Carrier visual bug (second time)

This is the second time I've run into this bug now, I research an upgrade, such as torpedo bombers, and another one will stay lit as if I can research it.

 

 

As you can see from the first image I clearly don't have enough for this upgrade, nor does it give it to me, this bug is purely visual.
