Training a captain in a Premium ship ?

Does that mean I can put the captain of my Hermelin or Konigsberg in the Emden to get more captain skill points ?

 

And after the training, can I put the captain back in his original ship.

Yes you can transfer captain to the Emden does not need retraining because it's prem ship. 

and transfer back to Trained ship anytime you want.

Note that you can train captains of all types of ships for any premium of the respective nation.

 

That is, you can train Destroyer, Cruiser, Battleship, and Carrier captains in your Emden without needing to retrain them.  Note also that in premium ships, if your captain is currently retraining for a different ship, they do not suffer the 50% skills penalty they would normally suffer during retraining while at the helm of the premium ship.

 

Yes, i know there aren't any German destroyers or Carriers in game yet, but the point stands.  All premium ships can be helmed by any captain of that nation without penalty.
