udaloi or kahbarovsk?

I'm at t6 as of now but I've really started looking in to both of these dds an it seems to me that the udaloi is better in every way except Hp fully upgraded? So those who've played or tested them is it true? Armor difference on the Khabarovsk seems to be a joke Imo but I could be wrong. So thoughts pls

Habarovsk is a like a cruiser, where as Udaloi is more like Kiev.

 

Udaloi can compete with Habarovsk just fine.

Udaloy has 3 x 3 (3 x 5 upgraded) tropedo tubes. When two sets of torps launched, the other one serve as a back-up on tight situation (will get double strike by chance).

t9 = better torps and better stealth

 

t10= faster, a bit more range, more guns, more hp

 

I'd keep both

Plus longer-ranged quintuple torps and optional submarine torps, competing with Shimakaze. Might able to do stealth torps albeit worse stealth due to larger profile.

I don't have the kavbroski yet but I really do not like the udaloi... it is slower than the kiev/tashk and the upgraded guns are worse and the only benefit is the torp launchers

The DP gun upgrade grant you faster traverse rate, though.
