Though I would love the Kitakami. I fear that if WG allows large sum of people to get the Kitakami, then there would be a lot more T,K in the game. God forbid I was killed more than once by a poor Kitakami captain back in CBT.

that ship is a pain in the [edited]for any other ship... those 6 inch cannons are dam OP! you just need to shot at more than 10km and your enemy will not be able  to see you. The most OP ship in the game for what i can tell

 

Atlanta its a bad ship overall... it would be nice at tier 6 maybe.

 

Marblehead / Murmansk ok ships, but too much close to a free ship to really desire them

 

Warspite and Tirpitz: i would love to have them more for the iconic ship than for the real usage

any of the Alpha/Beta ships, I got lucky and got a Gremy, still not really sure how. Sims, Yubari, Ark Beta would be great

Premiums are a nice way to boost the grind for normal Tier ships. I currently have all the premiums that are available and had all during beta. However for the price of the premiums they should be premium in performance as well. Because the premium ship is still going to require $$ / doubloons to convert to useable XP. It's large investment for a rather lack luster performance on most of the premiums.

 

A few examples:

The Arkansas_Beta BB:

short range compared to same tier BB's, No AA which leaves it completely useless against a CV bombing and torpedoing.

Atlanta:

Short range compared to lower T6 like Cleveland. Yes it has a high rate of fire but has a paper shell haul not much better than a DD and has a range of a T4 as a T7. It is basically a heavy DD with short range torps like Kiev just not as good at concealment.

I've never understood why WG takes "premiums" out of the shop off an on. Same in tanks! I understand the "rare" factor but as a business, I'd assume they'd want their money?! My wallet is open and ready if the Tirpitz makes another visit in the next 2 weeks!
