Minor rant but I didn't know that people were ignorant of how harrassment is illegal. After calling out someone for being a child in the past considering their attitude was exactly that, they decide to attack me in private. Screenshot, then blacklist then put in a CS ticket reporting the abuse. WG CS will take care of them. The game is hemorrhaging players like mad on the NA server, they cant afford not to do anything.

 

When I started WOWs over a month ago I would see anywhere from 15K to 18K on any given night, now I see 6K-8K

there was one game when I was in my amagi with 20% hp left and I managed dodged 8 waves of enemy torps but then some [edited]atago shoot 2 waves of torps behind me.

Honestly, I really don't care what they said, I just find it HILARIOUS that after I ripped someone a new one they thought they could turn it arround on me. That and I had a small hope to remind the people who have access to this forums that harrassment is infact a crime, with the right form, your identity could be grabbed and you could be arrested for it but hey, don't blame me if someone with a vendetta decides to have you arrested.

You publically called out someone for being a "child" then they responded to you in private.  You publically humiliated them and thus initiated the harassment and that is the very core of "mutual harassment" if said person did "harass" thereafter.  You even had the ability to immediately and permanently turn off said person in private, but apparently didn't.  You have the ability to record and report said person to WG but instead you come out here and further exasperate the episode.  You really don't understand harassment laws, in fact, it is only you coming out here assailing said person, even boasting of how you "ripped" him.

Bingo! Literally anyone with a decent level of physical fitness and lack of a serious criminal background can thrive in the Army. After spending 11 years in the service (Iraq and Afghanistan were not kind to my corporeal form), I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, there are just as many man-children in the service as there are in the civilian world. No rank is safe from it, either.

On the forums or in-game?

 

Within matches there is only the reporting system, which takes multiple reports.  Usually if people get to what you're saying, though, I'd imagine everyone in the match would report him, and that's likely enough.  Blacklisting is good for blocking people's messages to you; I don't know if that also silently lets MM know not to put you in a match with them again or not, but I imagine it does.
