Game Freezes During Battle. them resumes, then Freezes (Frame Rates)

It played fine in June/July. it ram smooth.........but now it'll stop, play stop, play I turned everything down on the settings. I have a good PC. it plays Wot, Wowp just fine. looks like my frame rates went down. any suggestions?

It's not you, it's them.  Same is happening to all sorts of players (myself included).  

 

Please post when it has been repaired, as anytime I play I am now an automatic loss for the team.  I'll start playing again when it is fixed.

Several players have had that issue. There are times even that in some matches both teams are affected by the frame rate loss and it becomes a slide show.
