The Tier X in the game files?  It's a USN paper CA with 4 triple 8" gun turrets and torpedoes, so kind of like an American Zao.  Not much else is (publicly) known about it, though if I were to guess, maybe WG is planning a 3rd USN cruiser line with torpedo armament.  Or a reward ship of some sort.

Will probably be some form of high tier in world of warships, and I can agree, the ship itself is quite pretty, and will probably be quite effective.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you check the stats on the Buffalo, those guns only fire at 4 rpm, not 10. So more like a Baltimore with an extra turret.

it still has the same crap velocity 8" guns of the Baltimore and Des Moines.  I doubt people will like it any more than the two former ships.
