Black Screen after loading the game

hey everyone 

so i have a problém i hope you can help me 

when i start the game ( is updating ) i get load screen after loading i get black screen with cursor not login screen ( watch pictures )

and i remove the game from my pc and install again same problém

i renstalling my driver card ( Radeon Hd 7870 ) still same problém

i locking for wargaming.net in my AppData i dont find him 

 

and this is my pc configuration :: 

Cpu :: I5-2400 3.10 Ghz

Ram :: 6 Gb 

Video Card :: Radeon Hd 7870 ( latest update 15.11.1 beta )

Dang man, sorry about that. Do you have Windows 10 or 7? A few of my friends that have 10 have been experiencing similar issues or just straight up crashes when playing any game, lately Fallout 4.

yea i have Windows 10 Pro and i dont testing Fallout 4 

and i playe the game before this problém in windows 10

Runs fine for me with that same Beta driver and 10.  Try running in your correct native aspect and resolution in Full screen?  You may have to delete the preference file before you start the client.  It's easy enough.

You don't have an onboard intel GPU that might not be shut off? Those will cause black screens also if Post Processing is on in game options.

and wher i find the preference file becaus i dont find wargame.net folder in my AppData

Use windows explorer that file ikon bottom left there and navigate to your C:? computer or if 10 MY PC then right click and open the disk that contains the game usually C: then open games then open world of warships and it's down 1/3 from the bottom with the 'P's'

Right click it then delete it completely  not it's contents.  Then start the client and you'll have fresh preferences to set up -Select Full screen and then your correct aspect and resolution default for your display before clicking apply.

Before you do all this make sure  your GPU is running your display at it's correct native aspect and resolution also.

i replace game folder to C:/ the game it was in C:/game 

now just in C
