Disable P2P in Launcher

With the new launcher I have lost the ability to disable P2P Torrents.

Is there a new way to do this?  They removed the option from the Launcher Settings.

My ISP Flags any P2P/Torrent Traffic and Disables my internet when it registers any P2P Traffic.

First question is why would you like to disable it? It is technically the fastest way to get updates

A better question is why would his ISP disable them?

Some people still live in the digital dark ages.  Or as other people call it, Canada.  Me and my 6 megabit connection can't handle much.

Long Story Short, an old Computer was unknowingly functioning as a Torrent Proxy thing, and my ISP Started Disabling its Access to Internet to Stop the Torrenting. Then it started stopping Access to any Device in my name as a Hey Knock that Off type of warning.

Now when I use a launcher that includes P2P when it finished Patching it sometimes disables access and other weird stuff, so I find it easier to just turn off P2P in General to Avoid the Hasstle.

The Difference in Patch speed is negligible to me. As I'm using WiFi.

I've got a 25 Mbps connection in one of the lesser populated parts of Canada. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Can't tell if didn't read OP, or if OP was stealth-edited...

Regardless, this is also a common issue in university dorms.

Because ISP are afraid of the Movie and Recording Studios. P2P is one of the main way people illegality get music, movies, and video games. ISP (or university dorms) don't want to get a fine for allowing illegal materials to go through the system.
