Is there a way to remap that ? Maybe some config file or xml ?

Shift+X and Ctrl+X will lock armament.  One is on bearing, the other is on a specific spot.  Just don't forget to unlock armament prior to firing.

He's asking if he can remap it, not what the keys are.

There is currently no option to redefine the keys through the game interface.  It could be done through a manual edit of the preferences file but I don't recommend it for the average player.  You are probably better off retraining your fingers than changing the keys.

He used KEY_C and KEY_V. Just redefine those values to your liking.
