IIRC, those ships'll be piloted by WarGaming employees or affiliated with WarGaming in some way, probably not the best idea to do so.

That's exactly why I will.

So I guess nobody knows what tiers they are?

I've heard they are tier 9 or 10. We'll have to wait for further conformation.

Do we know if this is the Yorktown class Hornet (CV-8) or the Essex class Hornet (CV-12)?

Well if you've seen a picture of it, and if it has 4 5in/38 DP turrets, then it's an Essex... If it has no turrets, it's a Yorktown.

Fair enough my friend. I may be letting my hope for a Yorktown class carrier get the better of me

You're not the only one. I got a bit excited about that too. I mean, it would be an awesome way to debut the design....

Having taken the tour of the Hornet museum, it would be really cool to see it in game. BTW, it was re-commissioned as CVN-12 when its role changed to anti-submarine, can't recall the date. I do believe it was CVN-12 when they recovered the Apollo 11 crew from the ocean.

CVS-12 (made so in 1958), CVN is used to Nuclear powered carriers and I do not remember the USN making the Hornet a nuc.

paying customer or not  you agreed to follow the rules and Eula by signing in.   your best advice would be to log out and not come back if thats how you want to be.

BWAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. That is the dumbest comment I've heard in a long, long time, and I've heard plenty.

Don't think your magical umbrella of dollars is going to save you, bub. I've seen plenty of paying costumers get banned during my time with WG games.

But, go ahead, TK them. See what happens. And then watch as we all point and laugh when you come on here whining about how you're a paying costumer and shouldn't get banned for blatant rule violations.

Looking at Imseekr's "full patch notes" we are going to be facing Des Moines and Essex.
