Japanese Cruiser have bigger guns but fails for because gun turrets cannot turn as fast as ship. So if you turn you cannot shoot gun. But Japanese have better torpedoes right? Well. Not all the time. Somebody's mad he can't do as good as Claus! Anyway, Omaha can launch 6 nuclear torps when she's at 5.5km. Proper aiming makes sure the shots hit home and forethought means your guns will be aimed and ready when your target comes around. If I didn't have more than one tier 5 ship already (Murmansk, Marblehead), I would have kept my Furutaka. I haven't even had the chance to play the newer, buffed version of the ship. You really should buy it back then - it is a noticeably better ship than as originally issued. I bought it back after the buffs out of curiosity and actually enjoy playing it now and then.
