On the Subject of Stock Carriers

I hate it. I hate being stock or having limited upgrades with so little planes to work with when the other carriers involved have a massive advantage over me. Now, what I will complain about is that ships in general in this game should really go up against a team composed of ships with as similar a number of upgrades as possible so that this doesn't happen. However, as I know that's about as likely to happen as getting Supertester status for myself, I won't ramble on. Instead, I simply want to know as a desperate Bogue noob: is there an easier way to deal with these shenanigans or am I stuck in a worse grind in this ship than the AMX 40 in WoT?

Bogue is best stock. Easiest way to deal with it is to use free xp to upgrade your fighters, then your TBers. US CV's are almost always best stock until maybe Lexi.

I didn't run anything but the stock load-out until I got the Essex and then I saved up free exp to buy the 2 torpedo bomber load-out.  The US stock load-out in my opinion is their best option of fighters/torpedoes/bombers until you get to tier 9 and 10.
