I've had a lot of fun in the game so far and figured it was about time I checked out the forums! Previously I hadn't really turned to WarGaming for my WWII game fix, but I knew WoWs was one I couldn't pass up. While the play isn't as fast paced as Arial or even Tank oriented games it definitely fits a niche I've been looking for in a WWII game. I personally have found that I prefer the Destroyer class ships, because even though they are fragile and have weak guns I love the maneuverability and it's just so satisfying to beat up a big battleship with torpedoes. So, despite this just being an introduction post I also feel it's only right that we have a little discussion too! What ship classes do you prefer and why? I am most liking Aoba, Furutaka, Omaha, and Cleveland. Of my premiums, Murmansk, and Atago (lets include Atlanta too), I like the most. Slowly grinding to Myoko, and someday Mogami. Kuma is also an honorable mention. Very nice little ship. I kept my St. Louis when I want to unwind, and have simple fun, (T3 I only play at Co-op for short early morning games, the rest in PvP) I also like DDs. Minekaze, Isokaze, Nicholas and Farragut, I like, in that order. Mutsuki? not so much, but slowly grinding it. I am not good at BBs even though I like Tirpitz, Kongo and Ishizuchi. New York I do not particularly enjoy, its slow speed is infuriating and makes me late to the party every time. CVs I ignore (I reached as far as Independence when I put them away for a future date. Too much micromanagement and multitasking. Not my taste right now. Just played them enough to understand them, and be able to oppose them. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I went One BB line, one DD line, and one cruiser line. Watch a lot of yutube vids on WarShips to, it helps. These folks in forums are real helpful too.
