I have very tight funds, cannot spend too much ($12 is my max right) so should I even bother? There are several new games coming out fairly soon so I probably wont be playing this much in the coming months so...I dunno...just want to hear your guy's opinions on what you'd do in my position. Would you let your premium time run out and not bother with it? Or would you re-up for a little bit longer?

Wait until another ship line comes out which you'd like to grind, and worst case you end up saving and buy a nice premium instead.

A general life rule I learned from EVE Online is; if you cannot afford to buy it twice at full, don't buy it.

Either way, if there is no need to go up the tree fast anymore, I don't think there's a need for more prem time. Hell, I've been playing w/o prem time since my "30" days of CBT premium carried over. 103 EliZacharias Beta Testers 454 posts 1,484 battles Report post #6 Posted October 9, 2015 (edited) I use my WoT/WoWP gold to upgrade my premium time there and its the one thing that carries over to WoWS. I'm not using what gold I had left in WoT otherwise so its going to good use and I'm not spending anything additional that way until I see the changes/sales I and others are looking for (port slots, flags, Warspite etc) If you have any gold left from WoT and don't have anything else in mind for it, re up your premium time using that first as its money you already spent/won. Otherwise, not spending seems to be the best course for you atm based on your OP. Edited October 9, 2015 by EliZacharias

139 [OJITT] Hereticus2142 Beta Testers 521 posts 3,221 battles Report post #9 Posted October 9, 2015 It's not as if this is a decision that will impact the rest of your life, that option to get a premium will always be there. My own example is I've got a complete IJN-BB, all the ships. So I took a break for about 2 months on premium time because I was content with everything, Now I'm considering getting a premium again to start work on both the Cruiser and Destroyer line that I have up to Tier 5 so far. I for example, only buy a day of premium at a time here and there, when I have the house to myself and can play all evening.

309 Cuesta_Rey Members 1,267 posts 9,772 battles Report post #14 Posted October 9, 2015 Just my personal take on it... If I had to be concerned about where I might spend $12 because it impacted a tight budget, there is no way I would spend it on a game. None of any kind, anywhere. You cannot afford it. You have bigger fish to fry than playing a game. It's likely your spare time needs to be refocused on earning money, not spending money.

I think you are a bit waiting on that ;)

So would the forums. Thats just a self-imposed budget. I have more than that for leisure stuff I just like putting a cap on certain things so I dont blow it all on trivial stuff lol Thanks for the help guys. Was mainly just curious on what I should do really, so wanted to get your guys opinions lol Will probably not re-up unless the Mikasa gets bundled with a few days worth of premium. (WG! You here that!? If you want my money...you know what to do... ) I use my WoT/WoWP gold to upgrade my premium time there and its the one thing that carries over to WoWS. God, I haven't even touched my WoT account since I un-installed that game, which was such a long time ago now lol I dont even remember what all tanks I had. XD I should probably check and see how much gold I have left over there. I cant imagine its very much though.
