Here is a video of the issue in question.  This has been a problem from closed beta, and I have made a few threads about it but no responses were made.  I had this happen 4 times in the space of a couple of hours.  The reconnect attempts were fewer than normal.  This should not be an issue of lag, and this only happens when I leave a match or a match ends.  When it happens on the end of a match I do not get the score screen. It just kind of hangs there for a few moments and then drops out to the log in screen.

I don't want to insult your intelligence, but without more information all I can say is:

Make sure all drivers & firmware are up to date (Try a clean install)
If you are running mods, try to uninstall them or update them.

I have found some 'bloatware' that doesn't get updated that came with my computer seriously affected some of my games....A fresh install of windows took care of that for me.

I deleted pretty much everything that came with the computer other than critical programs.

Make sure your ports are forwarded on your modem/router, should you have access to that.

Defrag/optimize your hard-drive.

If it is still happening check your internet connection (Speed and ping) and test the ping to the WoWs Server.  You can use a program like pingplotter.  If there are issues on the first couple hops, its your network or ISP.  If the problem (like mine) is around hop 9/10...its more than likely a server/host issue.

I hope some of that helps...

I am on a fresh install of windows 10. Drivers are all upto date.  This happens with no mods installed also.

No bloatware to begin with this is a pc I built.

My router setup is good

New SSD purchased for windows 10.

I haven't tried Pingplotter, but it might be able to spot something there.  I do not have this issue with world of tanks, which this client is built off of.  Not to mention other online games I play that I also do not have any problem with.  Normally there is no problem while playing World of Warships either.  I would say that about 60% or so, just a guess there, of the time the transition from game to lobby happens correctly now.  This issue has gotten better from beta.  Where at times this issue was happening at a rate of 75%+ of transitions.  Being that I do not have this issue with world of tanks, and the servers for world of tanks and world of warships are in the same location, its probably not my connection.   That said, I'll go run pingplotter and see if it finds anything and bring back the results.  As that would probably be more useful.

I captured a match with pingplotter where I was disconnected like above.

here is the image:

And here is the save:

The large lag spike in the begining is probably from being alt tabbed out of the game and going back into it, and that is only one trace so it may or may not look like other times that I've fallen offline during the end of a match

That looks like wireless interference.  Try running the test hooked via cable into the modem.  If it works fine, its your router.  If its still [edited] up you need to contact your ISP...This is all on your end according to that result.  Start troubleshooting!  Good luck, let us know how it goes!

Its definitely not the router...  it might be the homeportal, and I really don't understand why that sbcglobal node is reporting so much packet loss when it is traveling further down the route.

The issue I have been having has been answered.. However it is not the same issue you are having, nor are your ping plotter results similar to mine.   Contact your ISP to make sure your lines are good.

I'm also experiencing the same exact issue as you. Except my connection attempts take a little bit longer (10-15s) before I get the "Error Connecting Server" message.

I've never had any connection issues before, and this all started for me yesterday on the 9th, though I don't remember if I tried playing on the 8th.

So far yesterday and today I've only been able to connect once, play one match, then after I sank and tried returning to port (exactly like in OP's video) I was disconnected.

Took a break from typing this to see my latest clicking of "Connect" actually worked. It did, I played a match, waited for the Victory screen to appear, and instead was kicked back to the connect screen.
