hey guys. this is starting to annoy me.. i load into battle well after my bb HE shells are loaded and sometimes my torps are almost loaded in my isokaze.. why is this? and what can i do to fix it...

im not exactly sure why but i cant copy/paste my rig stats or my internet speed.  i have a half decent gaming comp optimized by AMD and im running at 5Mbps net speed.

if im just missing the tab to copy and paste let me know, i just see an url tab..

You're not the only one, not sure about the stats or any number for that matter, but many people load in late. I sometimes load in while seeing my allies already moving on the minimap.

You should optimize the hard drive not the GPU program, you're better off custom picking your GPU settings after you learn what they do.  GPU optimization programs and presets are a bad joke. Loading the game is your chip pulling that info out of the HD and putting it back on the HD in the page file via ram.  If your chip or drive is slow or limited channels in the board, or never optimized the drive or don't even bother to defrag after installing and patching, then that's the issue.  GPU optimization program don't have anything to do with that.
