Ibuki part 3

By now i think almost all of you know me

To get straight to the Ibuki then

 

I got the ibuki full upgraded , good. All fine , decent traverse speed , nice AA, the guns deals good damage with HE the armor is not that bad with the second hull but, every time is a but,

 

Why the stupid 203 guns can pen nothing besides Pensacola and Atlanta,

Just got off a game ,citadeld an atlanta till he died , got a dd and i was 1 v 1 with an Atago but i cant pen a citadel city Atago that was broadside from 10km to 5km away, WHY? . I cant understand this thing, i pened Atagos with the 155 guns off the Mogami dosen of times but seems that the Ibuki dosent like to pen enything else besides Pensacolas in general or from the last update all ships have  now Klingon force fields near the citaldls , but they forgot the Atlanta and Pensacola

 

I dont think i am doing something wrong cause i can pen with the Mogami/Murmansk/Aoba/Myoko all the citadels in the world , even pened Fuso with the Murmansk but the stupid [edited]Ibuki cant pen himself to get alive from a situation ( and this is true , broadised an half hp ibuki from 4.5 km away with 2 volleys and no citadels )

Different trajectory arcs? Aim better. Ibuki is fine to me and I'm running it with the absolute minimum as far as upgrades are concerned, 16 km range, stock hull, rudder shift and accuracy upgrades.

Dont know what is the problem my aim is decent , i pen 90% of the ships i shoot AP at when i sail the Murmansk/Aoba/Myoko/Mogami, even with the Cleveland i pened,

I have the accuracy upgrades too , rudder , gun mode 1-3

 

I have the Ibuki full upgrade and cant pen crap, but with the mogami 155" i pened the crap of an baltimore a few matches ago , this i dont understand ,i tried everying today to pen that stupid Atago and the guns ware like Nah bro use HE . still did 40k damage ap and 38k damage HE but just 1 citadel on the Atlanta
