So I was playing WoWS since the closed beta, and I sorta stopped playing after a while, especially since I lost literally all my progress, I remember having the T5 Japanese kongo class battleship, but now that's gone. What happened?

Your form tag says otherwise.

 

And there was a wipe between CBT and OBT.

Unless you have 2 different user names and are signed into the wrong account, its most likely that you haven't played since the wipe at closed beta.

since your tag (look immediately under your avatar on the original post) doesn't say Beta Tester or Alpha Tester

 

you were on a different server

 

and the game was also wiped when Open Beta started

 

(known to be the final wipe)

No. People will not lose any ships or progress they have made during the open beta. This has been addressed in other forum topics. The main thing different will be that you will start seeing a lot more people playing the game due to all the advertising Wargaming will do to promote the game like they do with WoT. People will also be able to join separate clans for WoT and WoWS although I don't know if that will start on the 17th.
