In need of non-sucky artistic skills

Getting straight to the point, in lieu of all the people not understanding the concept of "no subs," I had an idea. I'm lazy, though, so I'm relying upon someone else to act it out for me.

 

The idea: a picture of Edna Mode from "The Incredibles", but captioned with "NO SUBS!" instead of "NO CAPES!" Get it? I thought it was funny. Oh, it would also be nice if it worked as a signature and wasn't watermarked. A gif would be even better, I'm looking to start a movement. Thanks in advance.
