This one is called the IJN Kamikaze DD

Top two are old news; Kamikaze was discovered around the same time as the new USN T10s Worcester and Buffalo.  Tachibana is part of a long-running promotion from Asus and WG.

 

Bottom one seems relatively new though.  It doesn't look like the transport ship that was also leaked not too long ago.

Tachibana has been around for a while.

Kamikaze is new.

Worcester is new.

I believe Kamikaze use to be in the tech tree before it got removed early close beta or late Alpha

Low tier content that doesn't really add anything "interesting" to the game.

The last two used to be the 2 tier destroyers back in alpha.. they were removed because probably proven to be too weak. It seems thy will return as premium and Tachibana is can already be acquired by buying an Asus pack.

 

Kamikaze is just another Minekaze with premium flavor, probably a bit slower.

I'd think she has better durability and slightly better torps but slower.

Then again, KM cruisers come out next month, Tirpitz is coming this coming 17th, and Bismarck "might" come out with the KM cruisers assuming the translation on the EU and NA blogs are accurate (both quote Bismarck and Tirpitz coming out along with the KM cruiser line in time for Gamescom and for October).

No idea.. personally I'm not interested.

 

I know Kamikaze is her own class, but looking at the stats she's not different from Minekaze and if she was a premium then I doubt she'll get any better torpedoes.

The Tachibana used to be the starter DD for the Japanese but when the very weak USS Smith starter DD was removed so was the Tachibana.
