Anyone had this problem?

I understand this would be under Bugs, but I figured I would get more replies if I placed it here (till a Mod moves it)

If you cant see I recommend watching in Full Screen, the beeps are from a Chatroom just to let you know.

 

I couldnt move, Shoot, switch armaments, use my modules and type in the chat. (I was able to type it just wouldnt show up on the left)

I was able to pinpoint on the map and zoom in but by scrolling with the mouse wheel instead of Shift.

I just sat there till I was sunk.

 

So Im curious if anyone has had this happen to them or Im just the only one.

 

PS: This is the first time its ever happened while playing WOWS

it has happen to me a lot since the new patch. support says we are use 3rd party software but I don't run them or know how to use them ( don't want to use them). driver for my video card is all up dated, sound card is up dated and my internet is at 130 mbps. It's WG but I don't spend money so they don't care

doesn't appear to be a stock game. i vote 5 day ban for using mod's (reason look at his mini map showing all players even red with no spotters call that cheat in it self.) my game sure as hell don't do that.

I have something similar happening.  Ship moves but view doesn't change.  No mouse other than weapon firing.

Edit: forcing a reconnect usually works, but it can take forever if your in a bad spot

^^^^ This is the kinda post that explains why down-votes are necessary.

 

OP, as others have said, its probably a mod issue. Rename your resmod folder, and create a new one with the original name (iirc, 0.4.1.0). Then move your mods, one at a time, back into the new folder. Restart the client each tiem until the issue is recreated. The last mod you added is the problem child. It is probably an issue with skin, but don't hold me to that.

I had this in CBT without any sort of mods going on, and since the patch, it's returned. It's a server desync issue of some sort where the game literally stops responding to part of  your client.

It happened to me once, during CBT, in my New Mexico.

 

Closing the game and reconnecting solved the problem for me.

Ok, thanks for the answers everyone. I restarted my my client and computer it works fine for now.

 

If anything if it comes up again Ill do what dahdah325 said and check each and every mod till it stops popping up.
