Kongo, Fuso and Nagato are broken. The AP is not working well at all and the aiming/dispersion is FAR worse. I like all the changes of 4.1 over all, but there is some serious problems with IJN BBs.

I do not remember seeing any IJN BBs on the list of ships that got any reworks or changes other than the blanket BB dispersion buff at 3.0 km or closer.

Huh. Well, they're pretty okay for me. It didn't change. There likely is a difference in fire power from Nagato's 410 and Montana's 406 for balance reasons.

Not seeing that and I have been exclusively playing Fuso and Nagato. I've played a couple dozen games on each side of the patch with the Fuso, and things seem exactly the same. Damage, hits, kills, are all at my normal below-average levels... :)

Could be something to this. While playing my New Mexico tonight those ships seemed to hurt a lot less. Or maybe the RNG gods just weren't in your favor and were in mine?

Either way I still died from wave upon wave upon wave of Torpedus.

I've noticed my Fuso is less likely to get citadels, but more likely to land a large number of rounds on target.  It's interesting to be sure, but this early on it could just be RNG screwing with me and my brain making the connection to the recent patch.

I haven't noticed any difference.  I just had a game in my Fuso where I one-shot 3 different cruisers - range varied from 8 - 14km.

I think they are fine. That much damage with just 24 hits. 6 citadels. Nagato BTW

Nagato feels significantly better for me since the patch. I felt I was getting 1-2 shells with great accuracy (i.e. landing at cursor, discounting my aim, the target's actual position, or result of the shot) before the patch, and now I feel like I'm getting 4-5 shells with great accuracy. It feels much, much better, though the sample size is too small to draw any real conclusion just yet.

The Nagato is way better then what it was in CBT. I despised it as much as most despise the Colorado when I had it in CBT. Something was changed about it when we went into OBT or else its I go so used to the Colorado that it made me that much better with the Nagato. I had been saying that the one good thing about the Colorado is it will make a good BB player even better because it requires so much more patients to play than any other bb.

Just had 4 citadel(including 1 on a North Carolina) and 80K+ damage in my first Fuso game yesterday, 4.1 is just fine for IJN BBs.

My Kongo is working just fine except her captain's issues.  Accuracy at short range is definitely better.

An opponent had the issue where is bomber torpedo went right through my bow, plenty of time for it to arm, just went through me.

After 41 AP hits on a Yamato in my Amagi, I switched to HE. I would land 6 hits in a salvo, at 15km, and do less than 2k of damage. I had a broadside target for most of the hits.

I got killed by an Iowa that got 3 citadels on me when I was very angled to him.

Sometimes things don't make sense.

I played Fuso, Kongo, Warspite, and North Carolina last night and all felt fine.

You are driving a Battlecruiser with 10" armor belt, angling that is not going to stop 16" shells.  Yamato have a 16" armor belt that's angled 20 degrees and your 410mm shell isn't going to do anything when he not perfectly flat(and if you are doing 2K damage you are just bouncing shells or hitting superstructure for overpen).  All those make sense.

Don't you just love the day after a patch goes live...and all the tin foil hatters question if their ship got nurf'd/buff'd?

I said nothing at all about a nerf, I know better to even suggest that with this community, was merely pointing out the experience.

Tin foil hasn't been made since after WW2 and I use aluminum foil for baking, not hats.

my Fuso wrecks face just as effectively if not more effectively than it did before the patch, not seeing a problem here.

I know right?

If anything, the patch was good for the Fuso because you can get into an acceptable hull sooner.  It's made a huge difference for me.

I have a question about the Kongo. I didn't buy it before the patch, but had it unlocked and had checked out the modules.

The B hull now takes 4K XP to unlock, and 7K for the C. Before the patch, was the B hull 11K?

Yes. This is done so you're spending less time grinding in the stock hull. The B hull gives you most of the major upgrades needed for the ship to compete, while the C hull just gives you some extra AA, I believe. This is a thing you'll really come to appreciate when you get to Fuso.
