Where are the 0.4.1 Patch Notes

Can anyone find a list of changes for the upcoming patch? 

Apparently, WG doesn't update and communicate with the community frequently.

They're not releasing patch notes until they release the patch.

Neither of the above links give details on buffs/nerfs that happened to a lot of ships, which is what I'm mostly interested in. Why can't WG reveal that data?  0.4.1 has been on hold for weeks since it's announcement and we still don't have detailed patchnotes like those of World of Tanks.

Plus, Riot does everything much more faster.

Patch notes in WG never give exact Numerical values - and give all indications of - Never Will

For the most part Skeem you will just have to get used to it. However, since Nyx has come onboard in NA things are looking a bit better. It's early of course, but so far she is doing a good job. The rest is up to the parent company though...

They're still pending. They don't know all the things getting nerfed/buffed until they finalize the patch.
