Just wanted to know the differences in Healing as per Tier 5+ if anyone could provide that info, I can't read the tooltips without owning the ship. Also curious if the IJN Cruisers repair more than US Cruisers.

Repairs takes 28 seconds.

Is the IJN T10 working as intended?

Base Healing is 0.5% of Max HP per second, or (0.5*28s) 14% HP total.

Yamato is a nice 0.75% HP per second, or (0.75*28s) 21% HP total.

To put this in perspective of theoretical maximum:

Yamato x 3 Heals = 63% of HP repaired, or 84% with Captain Skill.

Montana x 3 Heals = 42% of HP repaired, or 56% with Captain Skill.

Also due to superior Armor, Yamato is more likely to receive light damage. The benefit is you basically get a free 3 point captain skill, for nothing!

Or if you want to be ridiculous, Yamato HP regen is based on 145800HP*0.5%, which is hyperthetically at a T12 level!

IJN

Tier 5 Kongo - 270HPs=7560HP (54100*0.5%)

Tier 7 Nagato - 325HPs=9100HP (65000*0.5%)

Tier 10 Yamato - 729HPs=20412HP (97200*0.75%)

US

Tier 6 New Mexico - 266HPs=7448HP (53200*0.5%)

Tier 9 Iowa - 395HPs=11060HP (79000*0.5%)

Tier 10 Montana - 481HPs=13468HP (96300*0.5%)

This is a nice IJN perk, I wonder if the AA ability is stronger on U.S ships? Perhaps give that AA ability to tier 9-10 BB

IJN

Tier 5 Kongo - 270HPs=7560HP

Tier 7 Nagato - 325HPs=9100

US

Tier 6 New Mexico - 266HPs=74478HP

Tier 9 Iowa - 395HPs=11060

Tier 10 Montana - 481HPs=13468

The difference in healing comes from the difference in ship HP, Kongo heals faster than New Mexico because it have more  HP(54100 vs 53200).

The healing rate is always  0.5% of the ship's max HP.

It is always the case:

IJN

Tier 5 Kongo - 270HPs  = 54100 * 0.5%

Tier 7 Nagato - 325HPs = 65000 * 0.5%

US

Tier 6 New Mexico - 266HPs = 53200 * 0.5%

Tier 9 Iowa - 395HPs = 79000 * 0.5%

Tier 10 Montana - 481HPs = 96300 *0.5%

The listed rate is the max heal rate though, in practice Montana would most likely get less out off the heal compared to Yamato as it is more prone to taking Citadel hits(0% healable) and heavy damage(10% healable).

Can be easily tested for the maximum. Explain the Yamato numbers 97200 max HP, I just updated the main thread. Don't take my disbelief as disrespect, however this is how bugs happen, everyone assumes it's always correct without testing it.
