Windows 10 bluetooth and WOWS

Been having strange behavior while playing doesn't happen on other games haven't tried to duplicate it with WOT yet.  Every now and then the game wound stop responding.  I could watch as my ship ran aground and other players shooting me but the game wasn't taking any of my keyboard inputs.  Happened again this morning and I saw a notification pop up in the lower right hand corner of my screen.  It went away quickly but I lost control of the game again.  Started looking closer and it turns out that every time someone with a Bluetooth device came within range window 10 will give me a quick notification.  Problem being is it acts like I tabbed out of the game.  Simple easy fix turn off the fracking Bluetooth receiver on this computer.

It is not just Bluetooth that will do that.  Win 10 now has the "friend" WiFi sharing thing, where, you can give a friend permission to join your wifi network from your computer.  Disable this!!!!  If someone tries to access your network, it will pop up and ask if you want them to join.  The bug is....I have almost everything in my house on wifi.  When something is first turned on, it will ask if I want to all it even before it finishes it's authentication.  It only does it for a split second, but anything I am doing, it is like it alt+tab's me to that.  If I play in fullscreen, it will exit me out of full screen!

I have had my sound glitch out twice, it turns out whenever a Windows 10 update becomes available, it kills the sound in my game.  I have to install the update to get the sound back.
