Actually, Wehrmacht Panzergrenadier is somewhat correct.

 

There was a Q&A with the developers (I think from their visit to Games-Con in Germany) and parts of the German tech tree will come out at different times from each other.  They're only releasing the German cruisers for now, along with the Bismark and Tirpitz battleships at Tier-8, with Tirpitz being a premium version of the regular Bismark.

 

Rumor is that the Tirptiz goes on sale either the last week of August (to coincide with Pax Prime in the USA) or sometime in September, and the German Cruiser line is coming in October.  To get the Bismark, my guess is that you get to the Tier-8 German cruiser, and then unlock Bismark with it.

 

German destroyers, carriers, and the rest of their battleships will come later, much later.  Like February, 2016.
