Help - Can't Use Cursor To Ping Map and/or Target Planes

Need help to figure out how to free my cursor in-game.  Right now I can't get cursor to show up so I can ping map and, most importantly, target planes.

 

Everything else works fine.  Must be something in settings.   Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

Yea I noticed this as well..worked fine before but I can no longer target planes.

Game is bugged in that regard, affects a lot of people.

 

If its any consolation, when I played the test server yesterday the updated patch which is forthcoming "soon" seems to have corrected the problem.

if you set a control in the game to CTRL+Something it will disable the function to show the cursor holding CTRL, I fixed it deleting the preferences.xml file on the game folder. It resets everything to default

To me it fixed the problem.

I'm having a similar problem where I can bring up the cursor and I can select aircraft and ship targets, but I cannon not ping the map. Not matter where or how many times I click on the mini-map nothing happens.

Stop remapping keys that can't be remapped maybe?
