If I remember correctly you need at least 10 posts before you can post in that forum. That looks like a graphics/settings problem. Try lowering your settings and if that doesn't work update/rollback your video card drivers.

say hi to a few people in the newcomer forum to get 10 posts, then you can post in bug reports. 

 

looks like you ran-aground but there is no rocks/sand or other terrain? if so submit a ticket to support. there is a bug report ticket now i think.

Oops, I was on my tablet with bad wifi so did not watch the video and it looked like a graphics problem. There used to be more of those uncharted shoals and you seem to have found another. The remaining ones are likely only a pixel or two so as I have gone through exactly that spot many times. Start a support ticket in addition to getting your post count up to post in the bug forum. My apologies and welcome to the game.

Second time now:

Problem an invisible ship firing torpedos.

I was in my Phoenix on a battle where you capture A, B, or C . Sorry don't know which map

I was fired upon 3 times with Torpedos from a ship I could not see. I was looking in the the correct direction because I could see the torps, but not the ship.  On the last volley I saw the Torps again and them the destroyer appeared 3.8 km from me at full steam broadside to me. I was in both zoomed and normal view and neither time did the ship appear till after the torpedos were fired at me.
