Has CV been nerfed in patch 4.1

Low tier, Id say skip, mid tier are ok but high tier stuff, while not nerf'd or really buff'd, will take so effort to be affective.

Mid teir IJN carriers where nerfed, overall it's a push, more stuff got the AA ability but they made manual drops easier.
