I found Fuso > Nagato. Better than Nagato, faster, more powerful, weaker armor but if you angle it will work. About eqaul to Fuso in firepower but with better penetration(really need to learn to aim and citadel with the 410mm gun), much faster and better AA too. The Dispersion base goes down by about 30 meters, and you get an extra 4-5knots on the Nagato. Just keep in mind, it is a battlecruiser and not a battleship. That isn't something im too conerned about. You still need to get in close like a Battleship. You can't sit max range. I just do not like my nagatos dispersion. its going all ove the place. I always recommend finishing upgraded ships, and saving free XP to upgrade your next stock ship quicker, but it's up to you. Nagato was a steep learning curve, it taught me to be more cautious as you can't simply loot/pillage in it like you did the Kongo. You have to learn to aim those 16 inch guns, and honestly once you do...you become a god of the seven seas.
